Here’s what’s included when you book your personal training package with Shane Westley :
- Initial assessment
Before we write your training plan we complete a thorough health, lifestyle and body composition assessment. This allows us to create a programme that is tailored to you and fits your lifestyle.
- Nutrition assessment
We’ll look at what you eat to identify nutritional changes that will compliment your training. We never use fad diets, just practical advice that means you can still enjoy your food and don’t have to cut out large food groups.
- Biochemical testing
We conduct a simple blood test and food intolerance test with our trusted biochemical testing partners to get an accurate guide on how you should eat and train for best results. Without this level of detail you are leaving your progress to chance.
- Personal training sessions
We use our considerable experience and enthusiasm to coach you through workouts that are designed to maximise enjoyment and performance. Our support and focus during your one-on-one sessions will help you reach your full potential.
- Individual training plan
We’ll create an individual training plan for you to follow when you’re not exercising with us. We’ll give you the instructions and guidance you need to feel confident about training on your own.
- Bespoke nutrition plan
We’ll also construct a precise nutrition plan, using feedback from our tests and assessments, which will help you enjoy the benefits of your training sessions. You’ll also find that our eating advice boosts your energy levels, concentration and sleep quality.
- Supplement recommendations
If we feel that your training and lifestyle would benefit from strategic supplement use then we will make recommendations. We will only ever suggest using the best quality products and we only advise you to use supplements that we feel are absolutely necessary.
- Regular assessments
We’ll monitor your progress by conducting performance and body composition assessments every two to four weeks. This allows us to make sure that you are on track to achieve your goals and gives us the opportunity to adjust and optimise your personal plan.
- Ongoing support
We make a commitment to our clients to help them do what they set out to achieve. That’s why we’re on hand to give you advice and guidance as and when you need it.
